Shelby County reaps the
rewards of a prime location and of a stable yet vital economy characterized by
obvious growth and expansion. Situated in the auspicious "Golden Triangle"
(which includes Louisville, Lexington and Cincinnati), Shelby County benefits

With Louisville International Airport just seven minutes from downtown
Louisville and its prime central location with easy access to trade routes,
interstates and waterways, the region has become the home base for several
large corporations. United Parcel Service operates its main cargo hub from
Louisville International. In addition, Yum! Brands and Papa John's
International both have corporate centers in the area.
